Cruunion was founded by Noa & Ron Bouskela. 

Noa was inspired by her parents’ family values and her own extended family reunions. For over two decades the family reunions created communication opportunities, a chance to bring forward family members’ strengths and interests and formed a relaxed setting for sharing stories and creating memories. 

Noa says: “Our extended family reunions are still an important part of strengthening our family bonds.”  

Ron is a cruise “junkie”. After taking Noa on their first cruise in 2001 he was hooked! Ron strongly believes that Cruise Ships are the perfect venue for family vacations.  

Ron says: ”On a cruise,EVERYONE can relax and enjoy themselves, even the MOMS.” Alongside their professional careers Noa has been optimizing and reinventing family reunions and has overcome many challenges throughout the years including family growth, generation gaps, family disagreements, geographical separations, financial challenges and many more. Ron has been taking the family on cruises, gotten certified as a  travel guide and cruise booking agent. 

Noa’s experience with family reunions, Ron’s passion for cruising  and their mutual belief in family values led them to form CRUUNION.
